The WiL Suite — Women in Leadership Suite
by Kenya Avery

Connect, grow,
and lead boldly.

The Women in Leadership Suite (WiL Suite) is Kenya Avery’s platform for women’s leadership development and reinvention. Grounded in her Unstoppable Confidence™ movement, it welcomes women from every background and career stage to find support and prepare for their next chapter.

Through workshops, structured programs, practical resources, and peer connection, women develop their professional presence, prepare for career opportunities, and turn business goals into actionable plans. The movement’s call to action—Do It Afraid—encourages thoughtful progress even when uncertainty remains.

WiL Suite seeks community and organizational partnerships to expand access to leadership development, career readiness, and entrepreneurial skills for women facing financial hardship and barriers to economic opportunity.
